Sushila Ji joined the Foundation five years ago as a skilled stitcher. From the very first day, her work spoke for itself. She was fast, precise, and consistent. What stood out most was the effort she put into every piece and the way she extended that same energy to encourage those around her.
Her talent did not go unnoticed. The Foundation gave her opportunities to grow and she stepped into a supervisory role. Today, as Quality Control Supervisor, she leads the stitching team, guides others, checks every piece, and ensures everything meets the standards she sets for herself and the Foundation.
Learning, Growing, Moving Forward
Sushila Ji is still learning and still planning. She saves for her future and wants to learn new skills like computer literacy so she can take on more responsibilities. Her journey is about steady growth, staying connected to the community she values, and helping others rise alongside her.
