Project Shakti

Project Shakti is a flagship initiative, focused on equipping women and young girls with practical, market-relevant skills to pursue employment or self-employment. Through structured training programmes across centres in Jaipur, Murlipura, Nindar, and Daulatpura, participants gain confidence, financial independence, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Stitching & Apparel Training

Stitching & Apparel Training

Project Shakti offers regular training in stitching and basic fashion design, enabling women to develop practical tailoring skills and explore income opportunities through garment production or home-based work. More than 200 women have received training under this component.

Beautician & Wellness Training

Beautician & Wellness Training

The programme also provides training in beauty and wellness services, preparing young women for employment in salons or independent work. Over 300 girls and women have been trained in this field.

Computer Literacy

Computer Literacy

Basic computer literacy training is offered to help participants develop essential digital skills. More than 300 students have received training in computer basics, improving their readiness for modern workplaces and educational opportunities.
