Our Projects

P Se Periods

Menstrual health remains an area where awareness is often limited and conversations are still held back by stigma. P Se Periods was developed as a sustained effort to address this gap through education, access, and open dialogue. The initiative has been carried out over the years by the Foundation across schools, colleges, and community spaces.

Sessions focus on building awareness around menstruation, the female body, and reproductive health, while also creating a safe space for questions and conversation. These are followed by the distribution of sanitary pads to ensure that awareness is supported with access. The programme has been conducted in collaboration with organisations such as Project Bala and Naya Savera, along with independent outreach efforts by the Foundation across different locations.
